1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and s444 ("s444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at s444.biz.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on s444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). s444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through its standard cashier.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. s444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. 4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. s444 reserves the right to amend limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. s444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier but may be subject to delays for compliance review or third-party processing times.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your s444 account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. s444 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 s444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet limits when playing with bonus funds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts on winnings derived from bonus play.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on s444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sporting event and s444's sportsbook rules. Cricket markets – including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series – follow standard cricket betting settlement rules as published by s444.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Any conduct that s444 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity or operation of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on s444.biz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, database rights, and the s444 brand, are owned by or licensed to s444 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use s444 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any s444 content without express written permission from s444.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the s444 platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial or personal loss.

9.2 s444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party outages, and telecommunications failures may affect platform availability. s444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

9.3 s444's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 s444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using s444, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 s444 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect user data, including SSL encryption of all data in transit. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored in unencrypted form on s444 systems.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, s444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, s444 may report the matter to relevant authorities and freeze associated funds in accordance with applicable law.

12.3 A user may close their own account at any time by contacting s444 support. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user's verified withdrawal method subject to completion of any applicable identity verification procedures.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which s444 operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in s444's operating jurisdiction.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

14.1 s444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of s444 following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using s444 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
